Welcome to your BTEC Level 6 (yrs 2 & 3) Online Course
Congratulations on reaching this stage of your journey. You’ve taken the leap into advanced clinical and sports massage – and we’re so proud to be walking alongside you as you step up to the highest level of massage training in the UK.
The Jing BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage is the highest massage qualification currently available in the UK. It is equivalent to a degree-level course, combining academic content with an emphasis on practical, hands-on skills that are directly relevant to your clinical work. It’s a deep dive into the art and science of bodywork, grounded in evidence-based practice and the biopsychosocial model – all delivered in our signature hands-on, heart-led Jing style.
You are now in Part 2 of your training, building on the solid foundation of your ACMT year. This stage of the course deepens your knowledge of complex pathologies, orthopaedic assessment, rehabilitation, and evidence-based clinical reasoning. It also supports your growth into a confident, highly skilled therapist working at the top of your game.
We know that Jing students come from all walks of life, with different backgrounds, strengths, and learning styles. That’s why this course is designed to be interactive, inclusive, and supportive. You don’t need to be an academic genius – just bring your curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
The BTEC Level 6 is delivered through a blended learning model, combining:
• Live Virtual Classrooms via Zoom
• Self-paced Online Learning Modules
• In-person hands-on practical days to master the online content
• Assignments, reading, and reflective practice
On successful completion, you will be awarded the BTEC Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage and will be entitled to use the letters BTEC6 after your name. You will also be recognised as a Master of The Jing Method™ – joining a growing community of advanced therapists making a real difference to people living with persistent pain.

Learning Support
We’ve got you. We are committed to making this course inclusive and accessible for all.
The format continues from year one (ACMT): you watch the pre-recorded content, then attend a live Zoom Q&A (attendance is required), followed by hands-on in class modules to master the practical. The more you practice at home with your clients, friends, family, and each other, the more you will get out of the hands-on modules.
If you need additional support you can book in for one-2-ones with course leader Jemma Jackson (online booking can be found in module First things first).
